What once was a sideshow at the Bluffton Farmer’s Market hosted by the Bluffton Boilers (our own Harlem Globetrotters of making boiled peanuts) has now become an annual staple Thousands of locals and visitors come to enjoy the sights and sounds of all things boiled, peanut, and boiled peanut. You may have seen the world’s biggest boiled peanut on A&E’s Shipping Wars as well, which comes out to play each year. For 2015, we will be Naming the Nut!
The Taste of Bluffton has exploded and become Bluffton’s premier outdoor food festival event. Bluffton is home to an expanding group of talented chefs, award winning bartenders, and vibrant food culture. Southern hospitality and Paula Dean is not all the South has to offer. Inspired by our favorite past times, Oyster Roasts, Lowcountry Boils, Barbecue, brewing sweet tea, and frying the best chicken, gizzards, and shrimp south of the Mason Dixon Line, the Taste of Bluffton invites guests into the kitchens of the best chefs and caterers in the area.
